Start Healing With Toshia
I can help you start over and move past fear simply because you’re afraid to do the personal work that will change everything. I’ll help you reclaim your power from a trauma that still haunts you, forgive others for their wrongs, and be able to look yourself in the eye and forgive yourself.
You will be able to move through life with courage, self-confidence and know that you will always be able to trust yourself. But most of all, you’ll be able to start living and loving life again, in spite of your story and all the other pain you’ve been through.
My books, online school, workshops, and Motivational videos can help you take off your mask, boldly face the truths from your past, and allow yourself to really be seen.
I’ll help you release feelings of guilt and shame that are keeping you tied to a life script that no longer serves you.
And in one-on one coaching I’ll call you out on your crap as I encourage you to take courageous steps forward, and create a new reality in which you feel whole and your life feels complete.
By the time our work together is done you can expect to:
Have made peace with your past and feel optimistic about all the possibilities your future holds.
Know and trust yourself more deeply than you ever have before.
Feel confidant, with who you really are at your core.
Be willing to make yourself vulnerable, put yourself out there in the absence of certainty or any guarantees.
Be ready to let your guard down and make yourself emotionally available.
But this kind of coaching isn’t for everyone. Why?
Because you only get these kind of results if you’re prepared to go all in, face up to the truth you’ve been trying so hard to ignore, and do the work.
So really, the question is this: How badly do you want to change?
If you know you can’t move forward with your life without my help and you’re ready and willing to commit yourself to do the personal work that will transform your reality, then we should talk.
